To establish high standards of excellence for the delivery of low cost, high-quality laboratory screening services directly to consumers.

 

 

Membership

Membership standards:
1.  Use of only CLIA-certified labs
2. Adherence to all HIPAA, OSHA and CLIA regulations
3.  Highest standards for confidentiality of results
4. Licensed Physician on staff to write orders, review results, and intervention follow-up when necessary
5. Mandatory follow-up on out of range results
6. Recommendation to all customers to have results referred to their healthcare provider
7. Members do not practice medicine, diagnose, or give treatment or medical advise
